Capacitance and Inductance meter using Atmega8
This project can measure capacitance and inductance using the Atmega8 microcontroller and the code is written in Bascom AVR.
The limitations of this project is
Inductance Range: 0.1?H to 2H
Capacitance Range: 1pF to 2.5?F
Electrolytic Capacitor Measurement Range: 0.1?F to 30000?F

Some info about setting-up, calibrating etc would also be nice. For example, why there are those jumpers (JP1, JP2) and what about calibrating capacitor?

I use Omron 5V for relay, but i don't hear the relay sound. When i measure
D5 and D6 , just 3V. I replace R17 and R18 with wire i got 4,5V but still no relay sound. Maybe i'll change 5Vrelay with 4,5V. Any other solution?

I have see this project at a chinese website, the designor said JP1 and JP2 are spare for future . if i could find that website again i can ask the question for R21 and C14 .

Good project!! But I have some questions.
1. CEx is measurable, but Cx and Lx is not.(Only OSC frequency is visible.) Why is the reason?
2. What is the BASCOM AVR compiler version?

After redesign the board, CEx is measurable but Cx only frequency, cx=0.0pf
